We Work With Youth & Families

We help your child build confidence and manage their anxiety, depression, inattention and hyperactivity, traumatic stress, and disruptive behaviors. We specialize in exposure therapy for anxiety disorders, trauma-focused CBT for PTSD, exposure and response prevention (ERP) for obsessive compulsive behaviors, and habit reversal training (HRT) for body-focused repetitive behaviors. We adopt a modular CBT framework to create tailored, evidence-informed treatment for youth with co-occurring conditions (e.g., anxiety and disruptive behavior). Additionally, we team up with you to help you best coach your child so that you can more effectively manage their emotional and behavioral health.
