Reframing Exercises

These consist of thinking about ourselves, our emotions, and the world around us differently to gain new perspectives. For example, changing our perception of our boss can alleviate the fear of pitching a new idea to them.

Exposure Exercises

These entail gradually confronting those things that scare us the most so that we can learn that they aren't as bad as we had thought. For example, role playing the conversation we’d like to have with our boss about a new idea.
