Our Experience

We totally get burnout! We’ve been there: we both have worked as management consultants for a Big 3 firm, Dr. Aldao has worked for tech startups, and Dr. Stalk has supported high-profile trial litigation. We have spent weeks - and months - on the road in countless hotel rooms. We have eaten hundreds of meals by ourselves while typing frantically on our laptops. And we have put our relationships on the back-burner for way too long. All to survive the performance demands and job threats of “up and out” work cultures. So, yes, we’re super passionate to help clients going through this! We leverage our personal experience and our collective 20 years of experience doing cognitive behavioral therapy.
